The cost of our service is incorporated into the (negotiated) listing fee. There is no additional out-of-pocket cost unless the client decides that they will list with a different agent, or not sell the home. In the event that services are provided, but the home is not listed for sale within a 12-month period, any work performed is billed on a flat fee basis.
Dominik leads client communications helping to facilitate communications between the Sellers on all topics associated with preparation of the home for sale. His team works site visits, home preparation, and open houses. His highly experienced team also facilitates Seller/Buyer negotiations.
